Are your lollies vegetarian/vegan?

Our lollies are 100% vegetarian and vegan. All of our sweet treats are free from gelatine, honey, cochineal, milk, animal derived E numbers or colours, eggs and beeswax.

Are your sweets gluten free?

Our lollies are 100% gluten-free. 

How long do the pouches keep for?

Our minimalistic¬†packaging¬†show a ‚Äėbest before date‚Äô. They are heat sealed so they will stay fresh unopened for several months. They can also be transferred to a airtight container to maintain freshness.¬†

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), ApplePay, PayPal, AfterPay & Zip Pay. 

Do you ship Australian wide? 

Yes we ship our sweet treats Australia wide in either compostable satchels or recyclable boxes.

Do you ship to New Zealand? 

We have currently paused shipping to New Zealand.

How much does shipping cost?

At this current time we offer options of standard shipping with Sendle &  Australia Post. Cost is determined at checkout to offer the most cost effective options for our customers. We aim to get your lollies to you ASAP so many metro orders will arrive the next day. If you do need your order by a certain time/day please don't hesitate to contact us - hello@vsweet.com.au. 

Will you let me know once you have shipped the order?

We will send an order confirmation once you place the order and then you will receive an email with shipping confirmation once our warehouse has dispatched your order. Please make sure you leave an email with your order so you receive these updates. if a contact number is left instead of an email address shipping updates will not be received. 

Where are your lollies made? 

We are 100% Australian-made ūüėĄ

Do your lollies contain artificial colours and flavours?

Our lollies are free from artificial colours or flavours. You can check out our ingredients list here 

Does your lollies contain palm oil?

We are 100% palm oil free. 

Can I amend my order?

We aim to process your order quickly to make sure you receive your sweets as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before payment once received your order will be sent out as per your order confirmation. 

Do you issue refunds?

Our products are classed as perishable goods and therefore we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us with any question at hello@vsweet.com.au.
